Sankofa Superfoods started with a simple promise: bring people together with food that feels like home. What began as small pop-ups around Eau Claire grew into a vibrant food truck and kitchen known for generous portions, rich seasonings, and fast, friendly service.
Today, we’re a go-to stop for lunch on the move, family takeout nights, and big celebrations. Whether you’re craving orange chicken over fried rice, beef & broccoli with chow mein, crispy dumplings, or an ice-cold boba, there’s a plate here with your name on it.

What “Sankofa” Means
Sankofa is a word from the Akan people of Ghana meaning “go back and fetch it.” To us, it’s a reminder to honor our roots—traditions, recipes, and hospitality—while serving our neighbors here in the Chippewa Valley. Every dish blends time-tested flavors with the fresh, made-to-order style our guests love.
